1、整套設(shè)備電腦自動化控制。

 All the whole machine is controlled by PLC.

2、熱合機部分單風(fēng)機單加熱，獨立熱合機頭可左右移動，適合多種規(guī)格原單，且均采用韓國進口Autonics溫控系統(tǒng)，溫差范圍土2度左右。

For the welding machine, one heating head with air blower, and the head can be moved to from left to right. Using South Korean Autonics thermostat, tolerance +/-2 degree.

3、主機鉚扣采用氣壓打扣機平臺，可放多組打扣組合（具體根據(jù)客戶需求），每組打扣機帶有追蹤系統(tǒng)。打扣機內(nèi)置自動糾偏系統(tǒng)，可隨布料移動，自動調(diào)整位置。打扣精度高。

Eyelet machine quantity depending on required. Each eyelet machine with tracking system and with correcting sensor, can be moved as fabric move.

4、裁布部分:用戶只需要輸入產(chǎn)品尺寸，整套設(shè)備操作采用數(shù)控機床主流的伺服電機控制;另配有修正系數(shù)，裁斷誤差控制在土1CM之內(nèi)。

For the cutting machine, user can set up required parameter, be controlled with servo motor.With correcting system, tolerance +/-1 CM.
